Back on the road and Ferriby’s unbeaten run extends to six after being held to a goalless draw at the Bradley Football Development Centre.
As expected, another tensely contested fixture ensued that lacked any real conviction in front of goal.
Such was intensity of the tie, it wasn’t until the seventeenth minute that we saw the games opening opportunity after Walters and Dennison play well down the left only to miss a yellow shirt with the cross.
Half hour gone and Ferriby were awarded a tempting free kick twenty yard out, up stepped Lewis Dennison to take, and after his strike was fumbled it eventually was cleared to safety.
It was a new half of football, early proceedings proved similar to that of the opening half.
As we entered the final fifteen, Ferriby were handed a decent opportunity after seeing a a corner ball find it’s way to Josh Thacker twenty-five out, his strike however, unable to hit the target.
