Preview Report:
North Ferriby VS Nostell Miners Welfare
It is a quick turnaround for North Ferriby who, after their 3-0 home win over Parkgate on Saturday, entertain Nostell Miners Welfare on Tuesday night at the Dransfield Stadium, kick off 7-45 p.m. This game is all ticket with any remaining tickets available for purchase through the club shop.
The Villagers home league form so far this season has been tremendous having played three and won three, scoring nine goals and conceding just one. They will look to maintain this when the West Yorkshire based side travel over.
Tuesday will give manager Chris Bolder a chance to utilise his squad to the full with five games coming up in quick succession. There are bound to be changes so the manager can keep his squad up to speed for the games to come.
Bolder said: “As I have said many times before we have got an amazing squad, great strength in depth and all of them are going to play their part. We play Saturday, Tuesday, Saturday, Tuesday and Saturday so we have five games in two weeks.
“We are going to need this squad as we can see already on Saturday we had a few lads stretching and a few lads tired. There will be a couple of forced changes and there will be a couple of selection changes to keep everyone in tip top condition.”
Confidence is high as Ferriby go into the game against a Nostell side placed 10th in the Division but who were beaten 4-1 at Hallam last Saturday. Their previous two games have seen victories 3-1 at home to Swallownest and a 2-1 win at Rossington.
