Preview Report:

Skegness Town VS North Ferriby

Skegness Town AFC v North Ferriby FC Match Preview
Urban Newton

Two coaches full of fans, players, and staff from North Ferriby FC will make the trip down to top-of-the-table Skegness Town tomorrow afternoon.
The Villagers had a break last weekend, with tomorrow's return to action certainly a welcomed prospect.
Last time out, Ferriby were held 0-0 in an enthralling encounter with Retford FC at the Dransfield Stadium. For Russell Fry, a North Ferriby United legend, it was his first appearance back at the Grange Lane ground.

"It was hard seeing the old club run into the ground," the returning veteran midfielder says. "As soon as the club folded, I knew Les [Hare, the current chairman,] would be interested in starting a new club as he has so much passion for football and Ferriby."

Louis Kirk made his first start for the club in that draw almost two weeks ago. Jason Mycoe once again stepped-in at right-back too, though Ben Leyland is expected to return for the trip to the Lincolnshire coast.

This is also the last of the fixtures striker Tom Corner will be missing out due to the three-match suspension he received last month against Worsbrough Bridge.
The hosts were in FA Vase action last Saturday. The Lilywhites lost 5-1 away at Newark Flowserve FC, with captain Ben Davison getting their only goal.
Nathan Collins' side top the NCEL Division One table, however, having only lost once in the seven played so far. That came against Winterton Rangers on matchday three.
Tomorrow's clash at the Vertigo Stadium is sure to be a thriller between two of the division's top sides at this early stage of the season.
The Ferriby faithful traveling down in their numbers will surely feel like an added bonus to Chris Bolder's men, who have already made a fantastic start to their inaugural league campaign.
